Whether through acceleration or remediation, Assets offers a supportive environment where classes are small and the curriculum is individualized to meet each student’s specific needs. Students with learning differences, needing a structured language intervention program, are supported through multi-sensory approaches such as Orton-Gillingham, Slingerland, Project Read and Assets’ own Advanced Language Curriculum. Students of high potential are supported through Kaplan’s Differentiated-Integrated model as well as Renzulli’s model. A selection of elective and enrichment courses for all students are balanced between Technology and the Arts and encourage curiosity, self-expression and the acquisition of skills and concepts.
