On Friday, March 1st, Assets School will host Illumination, Come Together, our annual fundraiser at the Hawaii Convention Center from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Hawaii’s very own Beatles tribute band, Day in the Life, will be playing at this year’s Illumination, Come Together event. The members of Day in the Life have taken great strides in recreating the sounds and excitement of Beatlemania! Be prepared to sing and clap along to your favorite Beatle’s tunes as each song is played with the energy and professionalism, as one would expect from the original Fab Four. The music of the Beatles lives on and continues to grow in popularity with each up and coming generation. Spanning all age groups and ethnicities – the Beatles music is truly universal in appeal and Day in the Life will be sure to deliver that message in true form.
Thanks to our hard working chair Tracy Hoevel and chef liaisons Juli Perez and John English we have secured several chefs for the event. These include D.K. Kodama of Sanesi Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar, Elmer Guzman of Poke Stop, Fred DeAngleo of the Grove, Ernesto Limcaco of Y. Hata, Goran Streng of Tango Contemporary Café, Alan Takasaki of Le Bistro, Eric Leterc of the Pacific Club and Jacob Silver of the Convention Center. Mahalo to our participating chefs and their staff for their time and expertise.
