ASSETS is a member of the Hawaii Association of Independent Schools (HAIS). HAIS is an association of 79 member schools with 3,000 teachers serving over 30,000 children.

HAIS and its member schools pursue the following goals:

-To encourage high educational standards and academic excellence.

-To promote independent education as an option for parents and children.

-To preserve the independence of Hawaii's private schools.
